a) Rubbing the elbow with aloe Vera gel

d) A paste of cinnamon and honey

e) Exfoliate

Natural sugar can help in scrubbing off dead skin on knee and elbows. A perfect remedy for exfoliation will include 3 part nature sugar, 1 part milk powder and 2 part honey. Gently mix the ingredients and use the resulting mixture to scrub of the bumps.

f) Apply skin moisturizers
